DescriptionA circular medal in a gold color with a light blue shield shape painted in its center. Two laurels are at its bottom edges, and a small map of Slovakia and dark blue bird lie within the shield, along with the words "zbor L a PVO Zvolen 3" in red. There are evenly spaced stars around the medal's edge. It is in a black plastic case with red velvet lining and there is a small gold plaque at beneath the medal that reads "5. Vyrocie 3.
