DescriptionThe wooden case for a shaving kit. Floral and faunal carving covers its top, along with the words "Památka z vojny 1914-1918". It is held closed with a metal latch on its front side. Inside the case is another lid that opens to reveal space in which shaving supplies were stored and within the lid is a small mirror attached with hinges at its top so it can swing out for use.
This case was used by a Slovak soldier during WWI.On View
