DescriptionA cream, oblong pin with a gold border around its irregular sides and the Z.C.B.J. logo printed in red, white and blue. A double-sided ribbon with gold fringe hangs down from its bottom. One side is blue with gold lettering. The Z.C.B.J. logo is printed in its center in gold with the United States and original Czech lands flags above it. Gold lettering that reads "Řád Žižkův Dub IV ČÍS. 91 Z.Č.B.J. Zal. 4 Června 1900 Cedar Rapids, Ia." lies beneath. The back of the ribbon is black with silver lettering. The words on its bottom half are the same as the front, but the top half reads "In Memoriam" and has a printed version of the Z.C.B.J. logo.On View
