DescriptionA brilliant blue jacket commemorating the XVII American Sokol Slet in Omaha, Nebraska. The jacket has a knit collar, cuffs and bottom in red, white and blue stripes. A white Sokol logo is on the right side of the front while an embroidered patch of the Czech and United States flags is on the left. An eagle with its wings outstretched is on the back with the words, "Sokol Tabor Berwyn, Illinois" printed beneath. A United States flag pin and a Sokol pin are on the right lapel. An American Sokol patch featuring the Czech lion is sewn onto the right arm of the jacket while a white patch depicting Sokol gymnastics and symbols is on the left arm. This patch reads, "Sokol The Future is Yours XVII American Sokol Slet A Gymnastic Festival June 20-24, 1989 In Omaha, Nebraska".
