DescriptionA cream-colored scarf commemorating the 1948 Sokol Slet in Prague. It has a wide, orange border with an eagle, linden leaf branch and red XI in each corner. The United States and Czech flags are crossed with the Sokol logo in between on all four sides of scarf. A circle containing a wide array of symbolic imagery lies in the scarf's center. There is a shield depicting a castle that is held between two lions wearing crowns, a linden branch with banner reading, "Praha Matka Měst", and three bells surrounded by banners with spears rising from two of their tops. A lion holding a Slovak shield lies in between the spears. All of this is printed in orange, red, blue and gray. The red lettering around the circle reads, "XI. Sokol Festival in Prague 1948" and again in Czech.
