DescriptionPart of a Mladá Boleslav kroj, one in a pair of shoes called Butky. It is made of red velvet and is accented with floral goldwork, sequins, and glass beading. Goldwork is a technique the involves wrapping gold wire around cut leather or cardboard. This pair of shoes would have been worn for special occasions.
