DescriptionA framed WWI commemorative poster made by the Slovak National Museum and Milan Štefánik Museum. The Statue of Liberty is central to the poster with the American and Czech flags on either side. The Czech lands coats of arms lie beneath the Statue with American and Czech soldiers on either side. Across the top are portraits of Presidents Wilson and Masaryk, General Štefánik, and Marshal Foch. The words "We pour out to the end for freedom and independence." (roughly) are printed in the top corners. "The Czechoslovak Republic is born." (roughly) is printed in Czech at the bottom.On View
