DescriptionA rectangular white box used for food storage. An ovular country scene is painted on its front side in dark blue, gold, brick red, and various blue-greens. The scene includes rolling hills and fields, a church and other buildings, and a blue sky with clouds. A series of vertically oriented rectangles cover the remainder of the canister's front side. They are brick red and reminiscent of a brick wall. The word salt is painted in black beneath the scene. The back of the box extends upward and rounds with a small hole near its top to use for hanging. The canister has a wooden lid attached.On View
