DescriptionA Royal Dux figure of a woman trying to hold down her skirts as they blow up in the wind. The dress is dark and light blue with a white collar. Its skirt is decorated with gold enamel accents. She also holds onto her tan bonnet. Her long bloomers match the bonnet with light blue shoes beneath.
