DescriptionA silver 1000 Slovak crown coin issued by the National Bank of Slovakia to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the founding of the Slovak Republic. The coin is square-shaped and is uncased in a circular piece of plastic. An outline of Slovakia lies on the front of the coin, along with "1000 sk", "1993 2003", and "Torokov Slovenske Republiky". There is a small leaf at the bottom that resembles the suit of spades in a deck of cards. The back side of the coin has the image of two hands, more leaves, the Slovak cross and the words, "Slovenska Republika 2003".On View
