DescriptionA rectangular pencil box from Koh-I-Ndor Pencil Factory L. & C. Hardtmuth Czecho-Slovakia, established in 1790. The top cover reads "Mephisto copying pencils Should be kept in a dry cool place" and the sides are pink. There are one dozen wine-colored pencils inside and each one is labeled "No. 73B Medium 'Mephisto' Copying Made by L & C Hardtmuth Czecho-Slovakia".
