A white and red striped ribbon sewn just under the collar on its front reads, "Praha - Střešovice Župa Podbelohorská" in blue print. A gold pin is affixed on either side of the ribbon. The left is a woman dressed in Sokol garb while the right is an falcon with outstretched wings, standing next to the Roman Numeral "XI". The words "Všesokolský Slet v Praze 1948" lie beneath it and a short red, white and blue striped ribbon hangs from the pin's bottom. The skirt is made of red fabric and gathered at the waist. There are eight button holes around its waistline. Finally, the woven ecru bloomers have an elastic waistband and legs. There is a pocket on one side.
