Narrow, red and yellow ribbons are tied around his neck. He has a green, felt vest decorated with red and yellow tambour stitching. His pants are red with yellow rick rack down each side. There are black ankle boots with white, felt soles on his feet. The word "Savel" is handwritten across one of the soles.
