DescriptionAn ovular pin with a painted shield-shaped crest in its center and textured, gold laurels on either side. A dark blue band curves around the top and bottom of the pin. The top band reads "FIFTY" and the bottom reads "YEARS". A light blue band runs across the middle of the crest. The upper half of the crest is white with a gold sledge hammer and anvil, and the bottom is red with a gold wheat and plow. The letters "Z.C.B.J." appear across the light blue band.
