DescriptionA pitcher with a roughly egg-shaped vessel that has a circular base and tapered neck. The neck extends right into its spout, with decorative dips near the swirled handle at the back. The majority of the pitcher is blue-green with a large section of light green on the back side. There is a lighter section on the front as well, but it is decorated with a yellow-green mosaic frame and a painted image in its center. The scene includes archways and pillars, grass and water. A male figure sits at the base of the pillar and a tree snakes behind it. Gold enamel is painted around the spout and rim, and decorates the from of the handle.
