DescriptionA chicken egg depicting a city scene of Prague on its front side, complete with the Charles Bridge on its right side. The scene is framed in blue, surrounded by water and sky. The back side of the egg is more of a country scene that includes trees, flowers, bushes, and hills. Painted over the sky are the words, "Hradčany Praha". Much of the bushes and flowers around the bottom half of the egg rise up from its surface. They are made with plaster or some other material and painted to fit into the scene. A small cap of created with the same technique tops off the egg. An off-white ribbon is strung through the egg, with a bow at its bottom and a knot with one loop at its top. "V. M. Cousins 1980" is painted around the base of the bow.
