DescriptionA doll with a porcelain head sewn to a cloth body. Her face is painted onto the head and her cap covers synthetic dark brown hair; The cap is covered with lace, decorative cording and machine embroidered ribbon. Pins have been inserted in her ears so garnet earrings could be attached. She wears a cream-colored blouse with long sleeves and lace cuffs. Machine embroidered ribbons lie around the cuffs and sleeves. Over the blouse is a dark blue vest covered with machine embroidered floral designs and two red ribbons over her shoulders. The vest is laced closed with pink cording; A cream-colored lace collar covers both blouse and vest alike. The doll wears an oversized silver necklace around her neck. Her skirt is oyster-colored with black lace around its bottom edge and two different machine embroidered ribbons sewn around skirt, along with a metallic gold ribbon in between. It is covered by a black lace apron. She wears a white machine embroidered sash with floral design in blue, red, and green around her waist. Two tule petticoats lie beneath her skirt. She has woven knee stockings with light blue accents and cream-colored leather shoes with twill tape ties.
