The flag has been painted red, white and blue to contrast with the gold coloring of the coin. "150 years" and "American Sokol Est. 1865" are positioned around the coins's edge. The words "American Sokol" with the Sokol logo are on the back side of the coin, along with a rendering of the eagle with two flowing ribbons in its mouth.
