DescriptionAn aluminum bowl with a mixing apparatus fastened onto its top. A long crank with small wooden handle turns three gears, two of which hold mixing tools down into the bowl. A dough hook and another attachment are also included. The wording pressed into top of the apparatus reads, "Universal Cake-Maker Patented Jan. 14, 96. April 18, 05. July 18, 05. Nov 7, 05 Landers, Frary & Clark New Britain, Conn. U.S.A.".
