DescriptionA male doll dressed in a traditional Slovak kroj. It has a plain white, long-sleeved shirt and a mauve felt vest decorated with gold and green cording around its bottom and collar, and up either side of the front opening. Likewise, a row of five silver sequins affixed with small beads runs up the left side of the front opening. A red ribbon is tied around his neck. He wears white felt pants and matching ankle boots. Blue cording affixed in designs is on the front of each pantleg. A length of brown felt is wrapped around waist three times as a belt and a small wooden ax is tucked into it. The blade is painted grey and the long handle is decorated with black and red paint. He also wears a plain black felt hat.On View
