DescriptionA framed print depicting T.G. Masaryk entering Prague as the first president of Czechoslovakia. It is a street scene crowded with people holding flags. Red, white and blue banners hang from the surrounding buildings. A procession of people and horses walk down the center of the street. A building with a domed roof dominates in the background skyline. The artist's signature and date: "21 XLL 1918 Viktor Stretti" lie in the bottom right corner. The words "VIEZD PRVÝHO PRESIDENTA ČESKOSLOVENSKEJ REPUBLIKY T.G. MASARYKA DO PRAHY DŇA 21, DECEMBRA ROKU 1918" are printed across the bottom edge. The print is housed in red and tan matting, and a simple gold painted frame.
