DescriptionA bright blue cape from a band uniform. The cape has a gold lining that can be seen at the front opening (turned outward). A white, blue, and gold patch is affixed to its front. The patch is made of white felt circle with a yellow plus sign in its center. The letters "k, i, z, j, s" appear within the it.
