DescriptionThe Czechoslovak War Cross was awarded to those who provided great service to the Czechoslovak State (in exile) during WWII. It is a cross of four equal arms, each with a point at its end. The Czech lion, the state symbol, lies in the center of its front side. A pair of crossed swords traverse the center as well. The five symbols of the Czech lands are on its back side, one at each point; Bohemia in the center, Slovakia above, Moravia on the left, Silesia on the right, and Carpatho-Ukraine below. A red, white and blue striped ribbon is attached to its top.
