DescriptionA Domažlice kroj consisting of a pair of pants, shirt, vest, coat, and hat. The pair of knee-length pants is made of gold-colored velvet. They button closed around the waist and down the fly. Drawstring are at the ends of the pantlegs. The shirt is made of white linen and has long sleeves that are gathered at the shoulders. White on white embroidery and drawn work cover its front placket and collar. Its cuffs are scalloped. The vest is made of navy blue wool. Brass buttons and accompanying green button holes run down its front. The pockets are accented with identical buttons. Detailed embroidery lie at the neck, pockets, and bottom of its front and back. The stitching is in yellow, pink, purple, and blue threading. A long coat made of cream-colored wool is often worn with this kroj. Its collar, placket, and cuffs are decorated with white and cream embroidery. Seven large, brass buttons also adorn the placket, as well as two at each cuff. This kroj is finished with a wide-brimmed hat made of black wool. Four wide, black ribbons are draped across its brim from its crown to the hat's outer edge.
