DescriptionA pin with a double cross in its center, around which is a circle broken into three sections. The words "Katoloci z C S R", " XXVIII Euch Kongress" and "Chicago 1926" are inscribed on them. An American flag lies on the left side of the cross's bottom with a Czechoslovak flag on the right.
