The sides are painted with a checked pattern (turned on side to form diamonds) detailed with various raised flouishes. The front and back have an identical floral design. The central flower is pink and the largest with six petals. On either side is a five-petaled blue daisy and two five-petaled yellow daisies lie beneath. Each flower has a tiny gold center, the pink one having a circle of tiny gold dots around its center. The group is surrounded by twelve leaves painted in white, green and yellow. On either side at the top of the group is a thin green stem with small pink circles along its length. There are two rings of gold painted around the dish's base.
