DescriptionA girl's Moravian kroj consisting of a petticoat, skirt, apron, blouse, and vest. The white gauze petticoat has been pleated and stiffened. White threading holds the pleats in place. A narrow strip of lace trims the hemline. The petticoat is open on one side like an apron. The red skirt has a double white ring print, and is very short and full. The waistband is covered with red embroidery, and trimmed with tiny blue beads and metallic lace. The apron is dark blue with a white, batik floral print. Its lower half is covered with multi-colored floral embroidery. Ecru bobbin lace accented with green and red threading finishes its hemline. The white blouse has black embroidery down its front and at its cuffs. The cuffs are trimmed with black lace. Pale blue bows are tied at the cuff tops. The vest is orange in color with faded blue brocade inserts. Four shiny gold-colored buttons run down its front. Three circular shapes decorate its back side.
