DescriptionA Ratíškovice kroj consisting of a blouse, vset, collar, skirt, apron, and cap. The blouse is made of white cotton and has black embroidered cuffs. Black bobbin lace finishes each cuff and red threading begins each one. Its neckline is gathered. Its sleeves are puffed and elbow-length. The hot pink vest has dark blue inserts on the front, sides, and back. There are three hot pink circles embroidered with multi-colored thread decorating the vest's back. Floral embroidery lines the inserts on the front and sides. The collar is made of white and hot pink fabric and is covered with cut work and black floral embroidery. The hot pink and white fabric show through the cut work. The reddish-orange wool skirt is covered with evenly spaced floral embroidery in white, yellow, and green. Its waistband is white with red embroidery woven throug and is trimmed with metallic cording. The shiny, black apron is decorated with two bands of floral embroidery in bright pink, red, blue, yellow, green, brown, white, and pale blue threading. Its hemline is trimmed with white bobbin lace. The kroj is finished with a cap made of white muslin. The face is framed with a length of magenta fabric that is covered with metallic scroll-patterned trim.
