A small cross surrounded by the letters "ZČKJ", which stands for "Western Bohemian Catholic Union", lie in the pin's center. Three chain links hang down from either side of its bottom, attaching a smaller rectangular piece of metal that is also cream-colored and reads "ČLEN", which means "Member". More chain links hang down and attach a circular medal with decorative gold edging around an image of a man on a horse. These two pieces hang over the top half of a double-sided ribbon with gold fringe across its bottom. One side is brick red with silver lettering that reads "Spolek Kadetu Sv. Jiři ČÍSLO 67 Z.Č.K.J.
