DescriptionA red, white and blue fraternal ribbon with a rectangular pin at its top. The pin is white with the word "Uctovnik" printed across it. The words "George Washington Odbor 739 Nár. Slov. Spol. Zal, 11. Marca 1925 Ashley, Mich." are printed in silver on the ribbon's bottom half. Its top half is covered by a short, white ribbon attached to a rounded, gold medal. The ribbon depicts the US and old Czech flag. The medal is cream-colored with a sort of plus-shaped design that reads "Nar. Slov. Spol." around three of its legs and "U.S. of America" on its bottom one. An image of the Slovak coat of arms and a bird lies in its center. The back side of the fraternal ribbon is black with silver lettering in the same wording, but with a silver cross printed on its lower half. It is finished with gold and silver corded fringe that hangs from its bottom.
