DescriptionAn eagle pin holding criss-crossed United States flags in its talons. The pin is attached to a double-sided ribbon with metallic gold fringe across its bottom and a tassle on either side of its top. A star made of silver cording and sequins, surrounded by ruffles lies on the ribbon's black side. A blue square of fabric with a gold cording and sequin star covers the top half of the red side. There is gold fringe across the bottom of the blue square as well. The gold lettering on both sides reads "Slov. Lipa Iowa City, IA. Založen 17. Února 1861". The shaking hands logo appears in amongst the lettering.
