DescriptionA medal awarded for service in a Slovak brigade that fought with the French in WWI. The medal is bronze in color with a salmon, blue, and white ribbon. The medal is circular with a stylized plus sign over its center. A winged woman holding a banner that reads ZA SVOBODU is on the front of the medal, along with the years 1914 and 1918. Its back is covered by a man riding a pegasus and carrying a flag. The words NA RODE VZHURU NA-STRA SVORCNDY are around the man.On View
