DescriptionPart of a Vojvodina wedding kroj, the first of three pieces of a floral headpiece made from a framework of wire covered with ribbons and artificial flowers. It is in a circular shape that frames the wearer's face. A length of white flowers hangs down on either side of the wearer's front. The artificial flowers are primarily white, but are also purple, pink, blue, and yellow. Silver tinsle and mirrors are scattered amongst the flowers. Tiny silver, red, green, and blue balls are scattered throughout as well.
This is the largest piece of the headpiece. The other two pieces are numbered 2003.86.37j and k.On View
