DescriptionA blouse in a sheer, cream-colored fabric with embroidery at the cuffs, neckline, shoulders, and waistband. The cuffs, waistband and neckline are gathered. Each has a series of rick rack style stitching around in blue, mauve, tan, green, and yellow.
