DescriptionA white blouse with short puffed sleeves and a short collar embroidered with black floral designs. Two vertical rows of black floral embroidery extend from the collar five inches down the front. The blouse is accompanied by two detachable cuffs. The tops of the cuffs are each embroidered and gathered with a white string that is tied onto each arm just below the blouse's sleeves. The cuff bottom's are finished with white lace and a row of embroiderywork lies roughly an inch above it.On View
