DescriptionA Moravian kroj consisting of a blouse, collar, petticoat, skirt, apron, and a choice of two headscarves. The blouse is made of white cotton or linen and has accordian sleeves. Its shoulders, cuffs, and placket are decorated with attached embroidery in yellow, black, white,red, green, and blue. Its long cuffs are trimmed with cut work lace and are very stiff with starch. The collar is formed from a band of embroidery with stiff, white lace affixed around its bottom edge. The petticoat is starched and pleated, and trimmed with crocheted lace. The black skirt is tightly pleated with two rows of embroidered ribbon at its waistband. A row of silver trim is affixed beneath the waistband. The apron is in a hot pink brocade and trimmed with white lace. Its waistband is decorated with gold trim. This kroj is finished with a choice of two red cotton headscarves, both with a floral print border.
