DescriptionA fraternal pin affixed to a ribbon. The pin is gold with the black and white image of the Holy family adhered in its center. The ribbon that hangs beneath is white and blue with gold lettering on one side and black with silver lettering on the other. The white and blue side has a medallion with the image of a man holding a small child, both wear halos. There are two American flags and the letters K.D. above the medallion. The black side has an image of the same two people in the same silver as the lettering, which is on both sides and reads SPOLEK SV. JOSEFA CISLO 130 PRI OSADE SV. VACLAVA CLUTIER, TAMA CO., IA. ZAL. 1. LEDNA 1901. Gold-colored fringe hangs from the bottom of the ribbon.
