The blouse is covered with white eyelet groupings and has short, puffed sleeves and a gathered neckline. The dropped waist petticoat has eyelet work only around the hem and two layers of white netting over top. A plain red vest is worn over the blouse. It has only gold grommets on either side of its front with a red shoestring laced throught the them. The petticoat is covered with blue apron. Its only decoration is a cream-colored embroidered ribbon at its hem. The ribbon is embroidered with red and gold geometric patterns, and trimmed with red rick rack.On View
