DescriptionA girl's Piešt’any kroj, including a white blouse with gold and blue embroidery around its collar, down its front and around its cuffs. A large section of gold embroidery and cut work is on each sleeve. Its cream vest has turquoise silk panels that are embroidered with yellow, red, pink and green flowers. Yellow and red embroidered flowers lie around the collar and cuffs. A gold embroidered ribbon is applied at the waist. Its skirt and apron are nearly identical. They are made of shiny, dark turquoise or teal blue cotton and are decorated with white lace and yellow embroidery. These embellishments also line the sides of the apron. Its sash is a long embroidered ribbon clad with pink, blue and yellow flowers. Its cap is made of white cotton trimmed with orange and green wolf's teeth. It is also decorated with yellow and pink embroidered cut work.On View
