DescriptionA headband for a young, unmarried woman's kroj, its center detail is composed of a fuchsia weave (cotton threads) with gold-colored, metal thread embroidery. The embroidery is accented with gold-colored metal sequins. The center's bottom edge is trimmed with off-white, bobbin lace. A roughly teardrop-shaped piece of white fabric is located on either side of the center section. Both are edged with off-white bobbin lace. They act as ties for the headband and protrude from the back of the head like a large bow.On View
