DescriptionAn off-white blouse with a very short bodice and elbow-length sleeves. It is open at the neck and tightly gathered on either side. Red cross-stitching runs around the collar and cuffs. Additionally, three columns of red embroidery accent the pleated areas at the neck. A band of the tight pleats runs nearly all the way around the cuffs as well.On View
