DescriptionAn off-white blouse with wide elbow-length sleeves. Its collar is made of off-white lace and is accented with machine embroidered ribbon and hot pink rick rack. Wide bands of floral embroidery lie around the cuffs in pink, purple, orange, blue, yellow, brown, white, light green, and blue-green. Each cuff is scalloped and trimmed with red embroidery. Identical floral embroidery lies at each shoulder.
