DescriptionA Domažlice kroj consisting of a blouse, vest, skirt, apron, sash, stockings, and shoes. The blouse is white with puffed elbow-length sleeves. White on white embroidery decorates the collar and cuffs. The vest is made of red wool. Its front is decorated with beads, sequins, ribbons, and rick rack. Its back side is covered with sequins and beads, and includes some ribbons and rick rack. The skirt is made of tightly pleated red wool. Wide, machine embroidered ribbon is sewn around its bottom across the back and around to the sides. The floral embroidery on the ribbon is in greens, yellow, white, dark blue, and dark purple threading. The apron is in a multi-colored fabric that is covered with machine embroidered floral designs. The waistband is woven and off-white with pink geometric embroidery. The kroj's sash is white and covered with floral machine embroidery in red, dark mauve, gold, dark blue, and green threading.
