DescriptionA Slovak cap covered with gold embroidery and goldwork. The goldwork is formed of applied geometric patterns, usually cut leather, that are covered with gold and silver metallic thread. The number "1875" appears in gold on back, which idicates that the cap was taken apart and then remade sometime after that year. The cap frames the face with tan bobbin lace.On View
